MEXICO CITY, October 13 (EL UNIVERSAL) – The second match of the American League Division Series between the New York Yankees and the Cleveland Guardians was rescheduled due to forecast of heavy rain.
Through a statement, the MLB reported that the second game will be played on Friday at 01:07 on Friday afternoon, a situation that will force the teams to play four days in a row.
The American League Championship Series is currently led by the New York Yankees, who won 4-1 in the first duel.
For Friday’s game, those scheduled to launch are hosts Nestor Cortes and Cleveland’s Shane Bieber.
