The Boston Red Sox added wide receiver Jonathan Lucroy to their roster for training camp.
After the first six seasons of his career in the Milwaukee Brewers uniform, the 34-year-old wide receiver has been out for the past few years on the circuit.
He has since worn the colors of the Texas Rangers, Colorado Rockies, Oakland Athletics, Los Angeles Angeles and Chicago Cubs.
Last season, Lucroy was limited to eight circuits and 36 RBIs, in addition to posting a .322 batting average.
This is far from the 2016 and 2013 campaigns in which he had recorded 81 and 82 produced points as statistics.
