[MJ포토] ‘YGB’ Hiki Park, Jivamukti Yoga

On the 16th, the second Korean event ‘Yoga Gives Back’, co-hosted by Korea and Japan, was held at the Culture Hall on the 13th floor of Hyundai Department Store Cheonho Branch. In the 5th period of this day, Japan’s Hikibak Ambassador conducted a class under the theme of ‘Jivamukti Yoga (Planting Seeds of Happiness)’.

Experience a deep connection between body and mind and join us on a journey to plant seeds of happiness within ourselves. It was a time to experience the power of true compassion and peace through asanas, mantra chanting, and meditation that activate the 7 chakra, and to learn specific ways to cultivate sustainable happiness in daily life.

Yoga Gives Back is a non-profit organization and a global yoga community operating under the slogan, ‘You can change your life with the cost of one class.’ Proceeds from the event will be used to support underprivileged women and girls in India.
