The main stock indices on the American Wall Street Stock Exchange closed mixed at the end of trading on Friday.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average ended the trading session up by 2.51 points, or less than 0.1%, to reach 35227.69 points.
The broader Standard & Poor’s 500 Index added 1.47 points, or less than 0.1%, to reach 4,536.34 points.
The Nasdaq Composite Index for technology shares fell 30.50 points, or 0.2%, to 14,032.81 points.
