Jakarta, Selular.ID – Recent reports for the first quarter of 2021 show that Xioami is behind Apple in terms of global smartphone market share. This shows that this Chinese brand has succeeded in overtaking the Cupertino company in the European market.
Of course, this success is not only determined by the low prices of its products in the middle and budget segments. Xiaomi has completely tightened the device quality, installed the latest hardware and there have been advances in camera quality.
The company is also trying to perfect its own software, but it’s still not very successful. MIUI is still full of bugs and problems and many are already aware that Xiaomi products should still be avoided early in the sale due to firmware issues.
But this does not mean at all that with the arrival of the update, all the bugs will be fixed. The fault also lies in a core device that hasn’t been on the market for a year.
One of the bugs is when Xiaomi Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro users note an incorrect icon display in dark mode, an accidental black screen display during video playback, an error with displaying elements and icons in Always on Display mode, freezes during games, problems with animation on the lock screen, glare and flickering on the display after unlocking, not closing notifications when restarting the smartphone, as well as problems with sound and text display on WhatsApp.
Users complained about bugs in MIUI 12 that were not quickly fixed by Xiaomi
Poco M3 owners complained about flaws in the MIUI 12 software, which was faced with the inability to turn on the smartphone after the latest update.
Problems with random reboots on Redmi Note 9S and Redmi Note 9 Pro are still ongoing issues with premature release and sound playback are haunting some Redmi Note 8 owners.
Unfortunately, not everything is smooth with the Poco F2 Pro, Poco F1, Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro and even Redmi Note 5 / Note 5 Pro software. Users can find out more about issues with what software and devices are affected in this article.
The saddest thing is that Xiaomi knows about a lot of problems with the firmware and they came with MIUI 12 but, unfortunately, the developers of the company never got around to dealing with them.
There are still many bugs in the operating systems of Redmi, Xiaomi and Poco devices. Maybe an update with fix issues is still ahead but users want the company to do it faster and leave the habit of releasing smartphones with problematic software.
