Mitsubishi Xforce launched in Palembang and Makassar. The new SUV is priced at IDR 382.9 million to the most expensive IDR 419.5 million.
Mitsubishi Xforce continues around the island of Sumatra. This time the new Mitsubishi SUV is present in Palembang City after previously visiting Pekanbaru, Medan and Padang. In line with the rapid development in Palembang recently, PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) brought in Xforce to support community mobility in Bumi Sriwijaya.
The high level of community activity in Palembang is an opportunity for Mitsubishi to continue to prove its commitment to providing the best vehicles, not only in terms of sales but also after-sales service.
Through this local scale launch, MMKSI hopes that the people of Palembang can get to know the Mitsubishi Xforce more closely, as well as understand that this vehicle is here to meet the expectations and needs of the people in Indonesia. Apart from the luxurious and futuristic exterior design, the Mitsubishi Xforce is also equipped with sophisticated features and technology, including 4-drive mode which can be adjusted to the contours of the roads in Palembang.
“We believe that compact SUV vehicles in this city will be very well received, especially since the market for this segment in Palembang City has quite a large contribution, namely around 70% of the market share in South Sumatra. After Palembang, Mitsubishi Xforce also paved the way in Makassar City. Makassar witnessed the local debut of the Mitsubishi Xforce in South Sulawesi, which is the gateway to Eastern Indonesia. It is hoped that the Xforce can become a suitable model of choice to meet the lifestyle of the people of Makassar. Makassar also continues to make a positive contribution to sales of Mitsubishi Motors products throughout the period January – August 2023.

Makassar has provided 50% support for sales of Mitsubishi Motors passenger and light commercial vehicles in South Sulawesi. Meanwhile, for the compact SUV segment, in general Makassar recorded sales of 60% in the January – August 2023 period in South Sulawesi, or contributed 5% to national compact SUV sales.

In Palembang and Makassar, the Mitsubishi Xforce is available in two variants, namely Exceed and Ultimate. The Mitsubishi Xforce Exceed CVT is sold for IDR 382.9 million while the Ultimate CVT is priced at IDR 419.5 million.
