Jakarta –
Great, detikers, reportedly the Mitsubishi XFC Concept has started to be tested on Indonesian roads. Even this news is busy on social media and YouTube, how does it look?
Like the YouTube video of the Sigitmedianet account, which records the appearance of a camouflage car which is believed to be the embodiment of the Mitsubishi XFC Concept.
Indeed, the truth of this cannot be known, however, the emergence of this camouflage car is interesting to observe. Because, if this is really one of the models that will be introduced, it will make the choices of Indonesian people more diverse.
“On this occasion, on February 9, 2023 I was on the toll road, I saw a car using camouflage like this, guys. If I see, this car is positioned in front and back by the xpander car, so there is no gap for other cars to be in front of him,” said the YouTube account.
On this account, he explained that this camouflage car is very similar to the Mitsubishi XFC Concept car.
“Allegedly this is the Mitsubishi XFC Concept car, if it has been tested on the streets like this, it means that it will be launched in the near future,” he said.
In the previous detikOto news, the Mitsubishi XFC Concept was first introduced in Vietnam. But in the not too distant future, the car in the form of a compact SUV will also be introduced in Indonesia. Will it be sold immediately?
PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) confirmed to bring the XFC concept car to Indonesia. This car will be launched at an automotive exhibition event in Indonesia. But for mass products, Mitsubishi can not confirm it.
“Next year, it is clear that we will show concept cars in Vietnam. Because we (only) show concept cars, and for launch and production, please wait for the game date,” said MMKSI General Manager of Marketing Communication and Public Relations, Intan Vidiasari , in Cikampek (23/12/2022).
Intan continued, adding that the XFC Concept can fulfill the wishes of the Indonesian people, who are currently experiencing a shift in the trend towards compact size SUVs. Not wanting to be left behind, Mitsubishi will also venture into this segment.
“XFC is a compact SUV car, it was introduced in Vietnam because Vietnam and Indonesia have the same market characteristics. So it seems that this is a strategy from Mitsubishi Motors to its strategic markets to show its newest concept model which maybe in the future will definitely be produced. Yes, but when We can’t say for sure yet,” continued Intan.
Mitsubishi XFC will compete with Honda HR-V and Hyundai Creta. There are also those who say that the Mitsubishi XFC Concept will be a potential challenger to the Honda WR-V, Toyota Raize, and Daihatsu Rocky. However, there is no certainty yet because not many details have been disclosed by Mitsubishi regarding this XFC.
Wow, is this really a Mitsubishi XFC Concept?
