JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI), ready to welcome emission standard regulations Euro 4 for machine diesel which will take effect soon.
Even starting in early April 2022, MMKSI has also provided and sold models Pajero Sport which plays in the medium-SUV segment with Euro-4 specifications.
Naoya Nakamura, President Director of PT MMKSI, said that his party supports and complies with government regulations regarding the implementation of Euro 4 for diesel-engined cars following the previous petrol model.
“Currently our flagship model Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, which is equipped with a diesel engine, is available and sold to consumers with a Euro 4 emission standard engine. Triton in the 4×4 pickup class and L300 for class model small pickup with Euro 4 engine specifications,” said Nakamura in his official statement, Monday (4/4/2022).

The Pajero Sport which is currently marketed in Indonesia carries the 4N15 (2.4L) MIVEC and 4D56 (2.5L) 1 diesel engines with Euro 4 specifications. Intercooled Turbocharged Direct Injection Dieselwhich is claimed to be capable of producing great power.
The 4N15 diesel engine can produce maximum power of up to 181 PS or the equivalent of 178.4 hp at 3,500 RPM, and maximum torque of up to 430 Nm at 2,500 RPM. Triton and L300 also get update with Euro 4 specifications.
In order to maintain the performance and warranty of consumer vehicles, Mitsubishi has also prepared an information guide here owners manual and service booklet which is equipped with every new car purchase by including information and strongly recommends the use of fuel according to Euro 4 regulations.
As for the type of fuel solar referred to is labeled EN590, which contains cetane 51 or higher and a sulfur content of less than 50 ppm. This provision also applies to Triton and L300 which already have Euro 4 specifications.
