She divided the case into two, as the twins were sent to the District Prosecutor’s Office, and the case with a conviction for material concealment was in the District Court, and that of Rangel Bizyurev – in the District Court for Mitko’s murder.
We do not agree with this low sentence, but they got it because the District Prosecutor’s Office in Plovdiv brought these charges. I was hoping the Attorney General would intervene during that time.
I wrote a letter a year and two months ago – to review Mitko’s case, to see what the charges are. I haven’t received an answer. I will write again and even go to Sofia directly to him”, said Bakalova, sobbing. Mitko’s mother said she will not stop the protests. However, this time they will be in Sofia.
