Desi Tsoneva and her mother Mariana are about BGN 2 million richer after recently selling one of the family apartments, located just across the street from the Russian Church ‘St. Nicholas the Wonderworker’. The buyer paid 940,000 euros to Dimitar Tsonev’s heirs.
The apartment, which Desi called “our city apartment”, is located in the heart of the capital and from it you can see as many as 14 historical sites. Years ago, the brunette flaunted the stunning home during one of her guest appearances on the culinary show “The Cherry on the Cake,” when she boasted about the one-of-a-kind views and plush neoclassical furnishings.
The family has been looking for buyers for almost a year, and the reason is the high price of the property, which is in a key location. There was no shortage of applicants at all, but most of them did not have enough money or the bank did not give them the fabulous sum, writes “Weekend”. From the terrace you can also see the domes of the temple-monument “St. Alexander Nevsky”, the Art Gallery, the Military Club, the DSK Bank building, the Tsar’s Palace, the House of Feasts, further specifies the publication .
“It’s really very nice, this apartment is a little gem in the center of Sofia and the purchase that my mother made years ago is really priceless,” Desi boasted some time ago. As you know, the wife of the late Dimitar Tsonev – Mariana, is a broker and has been dealing with real estate for years. The family owns two other apartments in the area that are around the same value, but are not currently selling them.
The Tsonevis decided they would not live downtown and would be better off selling the house now that property prices are at their peak. Mariana lives in a beautiful house in the Boyana neighborhood of the capital, and her daughter lives in a house in the same neighborhood, a few blocks from her mother. They both liked life in Vitosha’s skirts and didn’t think to laugh about it with the clatter of yellow paving stones, so they decided to get rid of the apartment. They quietly sold it to an unknown buyer. However, according to the rumor, the mistress of a major entrepreneur settled in the house.
