The Mitis Health Foundation has just been enriched by $3,000 for its 2024-2025 fundraising campaign thanks to the Réal Béland show, presented last Friday, at the Saint-Angèle-de-Mérici Parish Hall.
Organizer of the event, Les Productions Majicam and the Municipality of Sainte-Angèle donated $5 per ticket sold in order to maintain accessibility to quality care in La Mitis.
The Mitis Health Foundation also plays an essential role in the purchase of medical equipment for the development and improvement of services.
The general director of Transport Sainte-Angèle, Claudette Normand, serves as honorary president of the 2024-2025 campaign.
The board of directors of the La Mitis Health Foundation counts on the involvement of Léo Caron as president, Annick St-Amand as vice-president, Robby Ouellet as treasurer, secretary Bernard Tessier as well as directors Mireille Bélanger, Isabelle Breton, Geneviève Côté, Louise Dufour and Dr. Julie Samson.
