There are relatively many Ugandans living there. After he fled, a note from Ssekitoleko was found that read: “I want to live in Japan, because it is difficult in Uganda.”

sport">Ssekitoleko wanted to participate in weightlifting in Tokyo in the category up to 67 kilograms, but had not formally qualified. He was on the waiting list and was expected to fly back home on Tuesday. His disappearance was discovered on Friday because the athlete did not show up for a corona test and was not in his room.
