The Vienna police are looking for a six-year-old Ukrainian girl. The child was treated in a facility in the city of Vienna and has been missing since Saturday. Now there are the first indications from the population.

“There have already been some suggestions from the population,” says the Vienna police. Since Saturday, at 10, there is no trace of the six-year-old Ukrainian. His mother is suspected of missing him, according to a report by “Oggi” (online edition). She had fled to Vienna with the Ukrainian girl before the war.
Here she was deprived of custody of her daughter. “Due to neglect of parental duties,” a police spokesman told Kurier. Andrea Friemel, spokesperson for the Vienna Child and Youth Assistance Service, explained: “The girl lived with us in the crisis center and tried to escape a few times. So far, the social workers have been able to prevent this. Then on Saturday she succeeded ”.
The police are asking for information
The girl speaks only Ukrainian and is about 1.20 meters tall with a slim build. Upon her departure, she wore pink outerwear, black leggings, and pink shoes. Her tips – even anonymously – are requested from the Donaustadt City Police Headquarters, Criminal Department at 01-31310-66330.
