The police in Offenbach asked the public for help in finding a missing person from the Main-Kinzig district. Now the 32-year-old is back.

Update from October 20th, 12:32 p.m: “The 32-year-old from Hanau, who had been missing since Wednesday morning, was found safe and sound.” The police announced this on Friday. The search for missing persons is thus withdrawn.

Police give the all-clear: missing person from Hanau is back

First report from October 19th, 4:42 p.m.: Offenbach/Hanau – As the Southeast Hesse police headquarters in Offenbach am Main announced on Thursday (October 19), the missing woman is 32 years old.

“The person we were looking for was visiting an acquaintance in Offenbach,” reported a police spokeswoman. “She left the acquaintance’s apartment on Wednesday afternoon around 3:30 p.m. in an unknown direction and has had an unknown whereabouts since then.”

It cannot be ruled out that she is near her home in Hanau in the Main-Kinzig district. According to the officials, the missing person could be “in a helpless state”.

The officers ask anyone who can provide information about the whereabouts to contact the criminal police in Offenbach on (069) 80981234 or any other police station.

After a man from Bad Hersfeld was recently wanted, the police recently gave the all-clear. The missing man is back.
