Through bone marrow tests, researchers determined that it was a man who was 1.75 meters tall, weighing 65kg.
Xu had smelled a strange smell in the back of his house before, but they didn’t know that it came from a human corpse.
Through the police investigation, Tu Dan was named a suspect, and through the investigation, Tu Dan gave a gruesome confession.
On that bloody night, Ho Kien Minh asked him to make sleeping pills, after drinking them he fell asleep in Tu Dan’s room.
Tu Dan confessed that the next day, he found Ho Kien Minh dead in his room, panicked because he was afraid of being accused of murder, he mutilated it then stored it in a suitcase and put it in the attic.
For the next 10 years no one went to the attic of Tu Dan’s house, until finally the truth was revealed 10 years later.
On May 26, the Ningbo City High Court charged Tu Dan with deliberate murder, initially not confessing to his crimes.
However, he later admitted to strangling Ho Kien Minh using telephone cables and mutilating his body, so it was confirmed that Ho Kien Minh died from suffocation.
