The Hague – In The Hague and Brussels, fog hangs around a European ranking showing how much money in Russian assets has been frozen per EU country. Stef Blok, who has been appointed by the cabinet as national sanctions coordinator, says that the Netherlands is not at the bottom of that list, but he cannot make the list public.
