Missing a Rp. 2.7 billion watch in a taxi, the driver is now being hunted by the police

Losing valuables on vacation is no fun. Moreover, what is missing is a luxury item.

Reported from Vnexpressa person tourist Vietnam unnamed vacation to Thailand. Last Wednesday (1/2), this tourist took a taxi from the edge asian sungai to the hotel in Bangkok’s Lumpini Park.

Upon arriving at his hotel room, this tourist realized that his luxury watch was no longer on hand. The watch is a Richard Mille brand worth 6 million baht or around Rp. 2.7 billion.

He suspects that the watch may have been left in the taxi.

The next day, this tourist also came to the police station. Unfortunately, this man did not memorize the door number or the license plate of the taxi he used.

The police opened CCTV footage and tried to trace the taxi. Fortunately, the taxi can be identified and found.

The taxi driver’s number can be obtained from the taxi company. The taxi driver was then asked about the possibility of the watch being left behind.

The taxi driver admitted that he did find a passenger’s watch. But he couldn’t contact the tourist so he didn’t know where to return it.

From his confession, this driver intended to take the watch to the police station. But the call from the police reached him first.

The tourist thanked the Thai officers and taxi driver, his luxury watch was back.
