Authorities in Kharkiv report a missile strike by S-300.
The mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov stated that in the morning the city was shelled again by the Russian military. According to his data, there were two “arrivals” of S-300 missiles in the Industrial District of Kharkiv.
“Their target was infrastructure. As for casualties and destruction, the information is being clarified,” the mayor wrote on his Telegram channel.
Ukrainian media reports that in some parts of Kharkiv, the power supply was interrupted, and the subway was stopped again for some time. An air alert has been declared in Kharkiv region.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported no strikes on Kharkiv on Saturday morning.
Earlier in the night they appeared reports of explosions in Kyiv. However, authorities said they were not related to military action. The deputy commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Pavlyuk promises more information later.
General Pavlyuk also urged not to trust rumors circulating on the Internet about an enemy advance from the north.
