Missile Strike in Kharkov: 16 Casualties Reported, Mayor Warns of Ballistic Threat

Details: At 21:41, the air force warned Kharkov of a ballistic threat. Already at 21:43, Mayor Igor Terekhov announced that the city was under missile attack and called on Kharkov residents to take shelter.

Updated: Sinegubov clarified that the invaders first launched attacks on Kharkov with two S-300 missiles. Doctors are treating four victims, their condition is mild.
