A missile attack hit the headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol, Crimea, and one serviceman died in the attack. Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev reported this on his Telegram channel. Kiev claims: “The attack was a success”.

The United States announced yesterday a new arms package to Ukraine worth 325 million dollars. The package includes “new anti-air defense systems, artillery ammunition, anti-tank systems as well as cluster munitions, which will further improve Ukraine’s ability to continue its counteroffensive.”
