A man got into the greenroom and is accused of molesting Miss Snusk.
Now the artist talks about his experience of the event.
– It was like my whole self became a piece of ice, very unpleasant, she says in the SVT program “Sverige”.
During the genre rep of Melodifestivalen’s second competition in February, a drunken man made his way to Miss Snusk i greenroom.
According to the artist’s team, she was sexually assaulted, and SVT called a crisis meeting. The team wrote that Miss Snusk was “extremely shaken and sad” after the incident.
Now the artist tells in an interview with Farah Abadi36, in the program “Sweden”, about his experience.
– It was a man under “Mello” who took you on in the greenroom. How was it for you, how did you experience it?, says Abadi.
– It was unpleasant, very unpleasant. You freeze and become like a statue. You can’t do anything. It was like my whole being turned into a piece of ice. Very unpleasant, says Miss Snusk.

Didn’t want to spoil the show
Abadi asks if the performer felt she needed to be nice and not “make a scene” because of the cameras.
– Yes, I think that was mostly what I was thinking about, that they are filming and then I will ruin the entire broadcast by just walking away.
Abadi also brings up other incidents that Miss Snusk has been exposed to.
– You have had to endure a lot of hate, people have tried to pull off your mask and clawed at you. Why do you think they feel they have the right to do that, says Abadi.
– No clue. Many who do so say that “but your name is Miss Snusk”, says the artist.

The man denies the accusations
The accused man denies having assaulted Miss Snusk on the Mellogenrepet, but says he was forced to leave the area.
– Yes, I lost my accreditation. I was in the wrong place. And when it was discovered, I left the green room and the arena. I have not molested Miss Snusk sexually. Otherwise no comments, he says to Hudiksvall’s newspaper.
Aftonbladet has repeatedly searched for the accused man.
