For the Mexican Andrea Meza, the year cannot go wrong, because she will go through life as Miss Universe in the coming months. During the beauty pageant, Meza (26) managed to beat 73 other women, including the first honorary lady Julia Gama from Brazil and the second honorary lady Janick Maceta Del Castillo from Peru. During the show, she received her crown from Zozibini Tunzi who won the 2019 beauty pageant for her country of South Africa.

Our country was also represented at Miss Universe yesterday evening. She was the second honorary lady of Miss Belgium Angelina Flor Pua in 2018 and was allowed to participate in the beauty pageant this year because Celine Van Ouytsel did not like the journey due to the corona crisis.

Dhenia Covens did not win, but she says on Instagram that it is an experience she will never forget. “What a great experience. I didn’t make it into the top 21, but I am very proud of what I have achieved. My dream has come true and I have added friends from all over the world ”, he says.
