Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko at a meeting with President Vladimir Putin said that Russians will be able to receive vouchers for cultural events postponed due to coronavirus and go to them without surcharges.

He noted that cultural institutions will have six months from the moment the region leaves the high alert mode to return money for canceled events.

Chernyshenko added that now more than seven million purchased tickets and season tickets are in the hands of the country’s inhabitants.
