A 38-year-old man from Avignon was arrested yesterday, at the end of the morning, during a traffic check on the road to Marseille. The man was traveling in a Peugeot 406 but did not have a driving license and therefore drove without insurance. When tested, he was also positive for drugs. The police were awaiting the return of the analyzes in order to summon the person concerned and notify him of his offenses before his summons.
