The young man had left his parents’ home in Trieux on Tuesday, December 8, around 6.30 p.m. and had not reappeared. Alerted, the gendarmerie brigade immediately opened an investigation for a disturbing disappearance and launched the first searches. Helicopter and experts
Called on the spot, the mayor of Trieux, Jean-Claude Kociak, confirmed the identity of the deceased to the gendarmes of the company of Val de Briey, placed under the orders of Captain Dominique Morel. To conduct his investigation, the officer called the helicopter from Metz to fly over the area and the criminal identification technicians from Nancy.
