Miscellaneous facts. Filmed assault of a 15-year-old schoolgirl near Metz station

A 15-year-old schoolgirl came to the Metz police station on Saturday 30 January to denounce the violent theft suffered a few hours earlier at Metz station.

While waiting for a train for Thionville, she meets her ex-boyfriend accompanied by four young girls, whom she knows vaguely and with whom she is not on good terms …

The filmed scene

Three reportedly took her by the arm and led her outside the station, where she was nudged in the face, punched in the nose and punched in the stomach. One of the young girls allegedly took advantage of the fact that she was groggy to steal her cell phone, while the third filmed the entire scene.

Left behind, the victim was rescued by the station’s security service and taken to the emergency room. His indications allow investigators to identify the three young girls. Two of them are arrested late Sunday afternoon at their home. The third appeared the next day at the police station and joined her two companions in police custody.

Their hearings made it possible to establish the responsibilities of each. As for the film of the assault, it was recovered and exploited. One of the authors, aged 16, was called before a Briey children’s judge for indictment; the second, aged 15, before a children’s judge from Metz.

Already suspected of being involved in the snatching of an old lady’s bag on January 26 rue Ducrocq in Metz, the third, aged 15, was brought before a children’s judge.
