Coaches, the media and league basketball players judged the athletes’ performance in the regular season, as well as in some of the playoffs in Valencia.
Roland Schmidt’s teammate found out about this news on Saturday morning at the hotel where the unit was staying. On the hotel terrace, the basketball player was greeted by Ante Tomičs and Pierre Oriola, who also awarded the most valuable player of the season or MVP.

The players could get a maximum of 100 points in the vote, with Mirotich receiving 90. Faku Kampaco of Real Madrid came in second with 65 points, while George Sherermadini of Tenerife’s Iberostar took 25 points.
Born in Montenegro, Mirotičs won the league’s most valuable player award for the first time in 2013, when he played for the capital’s team “Real”.
The basketball player scored an average of 19.5 points in the local championship this season, won 5.7 rebounds and scored 1.5 times. In the regular season, his efficiency ratio of 24.5 was the best in the league. The average of 20 points was the third best indicator.
In the final phase of the season, Mirotičs scored an average of 16 points in three games for the Barcelona team, won five balls under the baskets, as well as scored 2.3 times, accumulating 20 efficiency coefficient points.
Mirotich is the most effective player in the playoffs, as well as the best scorer, as a result of which the Catalan team managed to reach the semi-finals, in which they will have to compete with Burgos “San Pablo”.
Also on Saturday, the first and second composition of the All-Star League became known. The first team includes Mirotich, Campaco, Clement Prepelics, Axel Butelje and Shermanidi.
The second line-up includes Marselino Huertas, Adam Hank Alberto Abalde Diaz, Tornike Shengelia and Walter Tavaress.
It has already been reported that the Real Madrid team lost hope of entering the semi-finals of the final tournament of the ACB season on Friday, thus putting down the championship.
Real’s fate was decided in the Group B game, in which the host of the tournament “Valencia” beat Gran Canaria’s “Herbalife” with the result 97:81.
The Madriders needed a loss to the Valencian team and their own victory over Zaragoza’s Casademont to reach the semi-finals. The Royal Club shattered hopes of defending the title as they lost to the group’s Burgos “San Pablo” and Andorra’s “MoraBanc” teams.
Real has triumphed in the previous two seasons in the Spanish championship, but in total the team of the Spanish capital has 35 national championship titles.
In the semi-finals, the Barcelona basketball players will fight the Burgos team, but the Vitoria team will measure their strength with the Valencia club.
The ACB season ended after the March 8 games and the champion is determined in Valencia in a 12-team mini-tournament that started last week.
The format of the season finale is that in two groups of six teams each, after the tournament of one round, the best two units of each group will be determined. There will be a semi-final on June 28 and a final on June 30.
