The Recaero company, in Verniolle, received twelve students from the 1st baccalaureate machining technician to discover the world of industry and the metallurgy trades, on 11, 12 and 13 April.
Tailor-made courses are provided within the company in relation to the situations observed and show the concrete link between the activity and the school program.
The objectives of this operation are to integrate a class of high school students into the company, for three days, to favor exchanges between young people and employees and to introduce them to the professional world and career prospects that he proposes. This partnership between the company Recaero and the Lycée de Mirepoix makes it possible to professionalize the students in order to make their learning more concrete on the one hand and to meet the needs of their future employers on the other.
“This immersion was a very good moment for the high school students thanks to the Recaero company and the motivated teams of the company and the high school.
