A man in Geldrop has made a special discovery. When he went to work a piece of wood, according to him, an image of Mary appeared.
Hobby woodworker Harm Ronde was working in his workshop on a memento for his sister-in-law, who recently died of cancer. When he sawed a piece of wood in half, a striking shape appeared in the wood.
“A very special find. I wanted to engrave something in the wood and flattened it with a plane. And when I wanted to continue working on it, I suddenly saw an image of a Madonna or a Mary statue,” he tells. Broadcasting Brabant. “You can also see the lines of the wood in a dress.”
