Major General Osama Al-Qadi, the Governor of Minya, inspected this morning the mental health and addiction treatment hospital in the new city of Minya, where the governor monitored the progress of work inside the hospital departments and the medical service provided to citizens, and the availability of medical supplies.
This came in the presence of Dr. Muhammad Mahmoud Abu Zeid, the Deputy Governor, Dr. Moncef Mahfouz, Director of the Hospital, and Engineer Muhammad Mustafa, Head of the New Minya Authority, and the trainees of the Presidential Program for the Qualification of Executives for Leadership, namely: Hayam Farouk and Muhammad Hassan.
During his tour of the hospital, the governor continued the work of developing the general site and expanding the hospital, as next week a firefighting network will be installed in the hospital, and the governor also inspected a number of hospital departments, which include dental, brain drawing, psychotherapy for children and adults, pharmacy, dermatology and internal medicine, and the clinic for children and the elderly.
The governor met with a number of patients and hesitants to the hospital, and listened to their demands and suggestions about the services provided by the hospital and ways to develop them, directing the initiation of procedures for delivering natural gas to the hospital and maintaining the cleanliness of the hospital.
