The Ministry of Housing and Urbanism announced that the number of social integration subsidies will be increased from 600 to more than 1,400 in Los Ríos, a measure that is part of the Recovery Plan.
The exact amount will be 1,434, which will benefit those who access and live in the communes of Valdivia, La Unión, Mariquina, Rio Bueno and Los Lagos.
The Undersecretary of Housing and Urbanism, Guillermo Rolando, confirmed that there will be eight projects: four in the regional capital, with the rest being distributed in the other cities.
The projects are associated with the construction of housing condominiums for families of middle, emerging and low sectorsApplications that will be opened in the coming weeks, according to the authority.
The initiatives also seek to insert the idea of neighborhood and connectivity with urban social networks, such as schools, transport, medical centers, parking lots or children’s games, as indicated.
The announcement is part of the Recovery Plan announced by the Government, and that for the Los Ríos region considers the allocation of 9 thousand housing subsidies, for more than 70 thousand million pesos, reported the Ministry of Housing.
