Zlatan Ibrahimovic spent almost two years at Los Angeles Galaxy in Major League Soccer. According to Mino Raiola, Ibrakadabra could have saved himself this stage of his career.

“I regretted having brought him into the MLS, it was a waste of time,” said Mino Raiola, according to TUTTOSPORT, on the sidelines of his award for best players’ agent of the year.

Ibrahimovic said goodbye to Manchester United in March 2018 and joined Los Angeles Galaxy. 58 games and 53 goals later, Ibrahimovic returned to Europe, signing with AC Milan.

Ibrahimovic, now 39 years old, is still in top shape. He leads the Serie A table with the Rossoneri and, together with Cristiano Ronaldo (35, Juventus Turin), the top scorer list.

Mino Raiola believes that his protégé will continue to play an important role in business even after the end of his career: “He will play an important role in the future, maybe he can become President of UEFA to change football.”

According to the agent, it will take some time until then. “In my career I have seen a lot of players who were tired when Zlatan was. I was almost sorry that they continued. I have never seen him feel that tired. For me he can play another five years without any problems,” he said 53 year old.
