I turned on Ministry of Transportation The third and final phase of the third metro line, at the distance from (Imbaba / Rawd Al-Farag / Cairo University), with a length of 13.7 km (and 11 stations), with (4) underground stations, (5) overhead stations, and (2) surface stations.
This phase serves the densely populated areas in the areas of Sudan Street, Imbaba, Al-Buha, Arab Nationalism, and League of Arab States Street, all the way to Cairo University.
The third line of the metro integrates with the rest of the network’s lines, means of mass transportation, and electric traction in the Greater Cairo region, by exchanging service with the first line at Nasser station, the second line at Ataba and Cairo University stations, the sixth line at Abbasiya station, and the light electric train at Al-Abbasiya station. Adly Mansour Central, the East Nile Monorail at the Stadium Station, and the West Nile Monorail at the Nile Valley Station, As well as connecting with the Ring Road at the Ring Road station, thus linking the subway with the BRT bus, which will run on the Ring Road to achieve service exchange between them.
