The Ministry of the Interior (Mininter) spoke out after a report by the Sunday newspaper Cuarto Poder showed images showing how two agents from the General Directorate of Intelligence (Digimin) of said portfolio recorded the car of the son of the president of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima, María Vidal La Rosa Sánchez.
In this regard, he indicated that the work of the Digimin counterintelligence agents is not related to Rubén Darío Gómez Vidal, son of the magistrate, but was aimed at investigating a criminal organization.

It should be noted that the images broadcast by the Sunday newspaper and the testimony of the janitor of the building where the judge’s son lives indicate that the agents approached Rubén Gómez’s car to film it.
They even point out that the operation would have been carried out from the car with license plate F1H-029 that belongs to intelligence agent Jhonny Moisés Rojas Huavil.
