Wassim Laâbidi, adviser to the Minister of Social Affairs in charge of citizen enterprises, declared, this Tuesday, August 15, 2023, that the creation of the company Al Kadihat “(the laborers) took place after an in-depth examination and following several sessions of work within the ministry.
In a statement given to Mosaïque FM, Laâbidi said that the adviser to the same department, Torkia Chaïbi, supervised this project and made several field visits before setting it up.
And to add that it is not “a masquerade”, as the founding member of the project called “Manouba El Baya”, Rached Mejri, had declared.
It should be noted that the latter had accused the adviser to the Ministry of Social Affairs, Torkia Chaïbi, of conflicts of interest, stressing that the company “Al Kadihat”, is none other than the project on which he worked with several young people from the region.
He also accused Chaïbi of having got his hands on the said project and of having submitted it to the members of an association that she supervised.
Recall that the President of the Republic, Kais Saïed, announced, on Sunday August 13, 2023 on the occasion of National Women’s Day, the creation of the first women’s civic enterprise, in the delegation of Tebourba (governorate of Manouba ).
