Ministry of Labor participated in the Asian Skills Competition General Meeting Thailand ready to deliver 10 branches

Ms. Buppha revealed that WorldSkills Asia is an international non-profit organization. It was established in 2017 to create opportunities for skill development. Promote professional excellence and want to enhance the ability to develop skills in the Asian region Including to drive the development of the world’s important skills. By carrying out activities in 4 areas: 1. Organize Asian skill competitions. Scheduled to be held every 2 years. 2. Organizing activities to promote vocational skills. 3. Teaching and training management and 4. Promotion of international cooperation. The Secretariat is located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. There are currently 26 members in total. Thailand became the 25th member in 2021.
Ms. Buppha went on to say that This meeting considered policies and action plans for the 2nd Asian Skills Competition 2023 (WorldSkills Asia 2023) between 24 November and 1 December 2023 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Automobile paint repair field 12. Hair styling branch 13. Fashion Technology Branch 14. Mobile Robot Branch 15.Electronic branch 16. The field of care for the elderly and patients 17. Branch of beauty therapy 18. Unmanned Aircraft Control Branch (Drone) 19. Hotel Service Branch 20. Network technology management branch 21. Painting and decoration branch and 22.
