Al-Marsad newspaper – SPA: Today, the Ministry of Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of the death sentence as retaliation for one of the perpetrators in Mecca, the text of which follows:
God Almighty said: (O you who have believed, prescribed for you is retaliation for the slain) the verse.
And God Almighty said: (And there is life for you in retaliation, O you of understanding, that you may become righteous.)
Abdulaziz bin Issa bin Ali Abdali (a Saudi national) killed Jaber bin Muhammad bin Yahya Doshi (a Saudi national), by stabbing him with a knife, which led to his death due to a dispute between them.
By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in him being accused of committing his crime, and by referring him to the competent court, an instrument was issued against him proving his guilt for what was attributed to him, and a ruling was issued to kill him as retaliation. The ruling was upheld by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and a ruling was issued. A royal order to enforce what was decided by Sharia and was supported by its authority.
The death sentence was carried out as retaliation against the perpetrator, Abdulaziz bin Issa bin Ali Abdali (Saudi nationality), on Monday 4/15/1445 AH corresponding to 10/30/2023 AD in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.
