“Ministry of Interior Implements Death Sentence for Perpetrator in Taif Governorate | Al-Marsad Newspaper”

Al-Marsad Newspaper: Today, the Ministry of the Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of a death sentence by discretionary punishment for one of the perpetrators in Taif Governorate, Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, as follows:

God Almighty said: (The recompense of those who wage war against God and His Messenger and strive to spread corruption in the land is only that they be killed or crucified or their hands cut off. and expel them from the strife, or they will be exiled from the land; that is their disgrace in this world, and theirs is a grievous chastisement in the Hereafter.)

Hamad bin Muhsin bin Muhammad Al-Otaibi – a Saudi national – killed his infant son / Fawaz with a knife and buried his body.

By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in him being accused of committing his crime, and in referring him to the competent court. My King enforces what has been legally decided and supported by his reference.

Today, Wednesday, 10/13/1444 AH, corresponding to 5/3/2023 AD, in Taif Governorate, Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, the death sentence was implemented as a ta’zir punishment for the perpetrator / Hamad bin Mohsen bin Muhammad Al-Otaibi.

And the Ministry of the Interior, announcing this to confirm the keenness of the Kingdom’s government to establish security, achieve justice, and implement God’s rulings for everyone who transgresses the innocent or spills their blood, and at the same time warns everyone who dares to do so that the Sharia punishment will be his fate. God and the Pacific to either way.
