God Almighty said (The recompense of those who wage war against God and His Messenger and strive to spread corruption in the land is only that they be killed, or crucified, or their hands cut off, or expel them from the strife, or exile them from the land; that is for them a disgrace in this world, and for them in the Hereafter is a grievous chastisement).
Radi bin Hana bin Ayed Al-Qaladi Al-Rashidi – a Saudi national – killed his father’s wife / Saleha bint Muhammad bin Dablan Al-Rashidi – a Saudi national – after he assaulted her by beating her on successive days with a hard object, and torturing her by shackling her hands and feet, and not providing her with first aid, which led to her death. Her death, her burial outside the building, and failure to report it.
By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in him being accused of committing his crime, and by referring him to the competent court, a document was issued against him proving his guilt in what was attributed to him, and because what the perpetrator did was a forbidden act and a great crime, and it contains disregard for the human soul and shedding For the forbidden blood and an assault against the victim while she was under his care, torturing her, shackling her, and imprisoning her with the severity of the injuries and not treating her, and his act is evidence of his corruption and danger, and the rootedness of criminality in himself; He was sentenced to death by discretion, and the ruling was upheld by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to implement what was legally decided and was supported by its reference.
And the death sentence was implemented as a ta’zir punishment for the perpetrator / Radhi bin Hana bin Ayedh Al-Qaladi Al-Rashidi – a Saudi national – yesterday, Monday, on 1/13/1445 AH, corresponding to 7/31/2023 CE, in the Hail region.
