Al-Marsad Newspaper: Today, the Ministry of the Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of the death penalty for three offenders in the Eastern Province, as follows:
God Almighty said (The recompense of those who wage war against God and His Messenger and strive to spread corruption in the land is only that they be killed, or crucified, or their hands cut off, or expel them from the strife, or exile them from the land; that is for them a disgrace in this world, and for them in the Hereafter is a grievous chastisement).
Hussein bin Ali bin Muhammad Al-Muhaishi, Fadel bin Zaki bin Hussein Anseef, and Zakaria bin Hassan bin Muhammad Al-Muhaishi – Saudi nationals – joined a terrorist cell, possessed weapons and trained in them, and armed assaults on security centers and security men. With the intention of killing them and covering them up for a number of terrorists, convicting / Fadel of raping a person at gunpoint and photographing him, and convicting / Zakaria of committing indecency with a number of girls.
By referring them to the Specialized Criminal Court, a deed was issued against them proving their guilt in what was attributed to them, and a judgment to kill them as a discretionary measure.
The death sentence was executed by the perpetrators / Hussein bin Ali bin Muhammad Al-Muhaishi, / Fadel bin Zaki bin Hussein Ansif, and / Zakariya bin Hassan bin Muhammad Al-Muhaishi, on Sunday, 11/15/1444 AH, corresponding to 04/06/2023 AD, in the Eastern Province.
