Abdullah bin Hashan bin Mubarak Al-Ajmi and Muhammad bin Zaili bin Hussein Al-Anazi – Saudi nationals – killed Muhammad Hussain Ansari – an Indian – by assaulting him and running him over with their car, which led to his death, then robbing him of his personal belongings, and they repeated the method The same criminal with a number of the victims, and the second pointing a weapon at the holding squad when they were arrested, and taking narcotic amphetamine tablets, and tablets subject to medical circulation regulation.
By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrators, and the investigation with them resulted in charging them with committing their crime, and referring them to the competent court. He has forbidden actions and is punishable by Sharia, and it is from attacking money and lives. It was decided to establish the punishment of war on them and that this be by killing them, and the ruling was supported by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to implement what was decided by Sharia and was supported by his reference by killing them.
The death sentence was executed by the two offenders / Abdullah bin Hashan bin Mubarak Al-Ajami, and / Muhammad bin Zaili bin Hussein Al-Anzi – Saudi nationals – on Sunday 19/1/1445 AH corresponding to 6/8/2023 AD in the Riyadh region.
