Ministry of Interior Executes Death Penalty for Bangladeshi National in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah Region

Al-Marsad Newspaper: Today, the Ministry of Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of the death penalty for one of the offenders in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah region, as follows:

God Almighty said: (The recompense of those who wage war against God and His Messenger and strive to spread corruption in the land is only that they be killed or crucified or their hands cut off. M and their feet from the opposition or exiled from the land that is for them disgrace in this world and in the Hereafter a great punishment).

Abual Miah – a Bangladeshi national – killed / Aisha Begum – a Bangladeshi national – by luring her to his house, imprisoning her, handcuffing her, hitting her with a heavy tool on her head and suffocating her, which led to her death, and cutting her body into separate parts and throwing her in a nearby house under construction.

By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in charging him with committing his crime, and by referring him to the competent court, a document was issued against him stating that what was attributed to him was established, and because what he did was in the face of deception and deception and in a manner in which the victim was safe. From Ghaila the perpetrator, he was sentenced to death, an end to the killing of the victim, Ghaila, and the ruling was upheld by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to implement what was decided by law and was supported by its reference.

The death sentence was executed by the perpetrator / Abul Miah – a Bangladeshi national – on Saturday 11/14/1444 AH, corresponding to 6/3/2023 CE, in the Madinah region.

And the Ministry of the Interior, announcing this, confirms the keenness of the Kingdom’s government to establish security, achieve justice, and implement God’s rulings for anyone who transgresses the innocent or spills their blood, and at the same time warns everyone who tempts himself to do so that the Sharia punishment will be his fate.
