Al-Marsad Newspaper: Today, the Ministry of the Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of the death penalty against one of the offenders in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, as follows:
God Almighty said, “The recompense of those who wage war against God and His Messenger, and strive to spread corruption in the land, is only that they be killed, or crucified, or that their hands be cut off.” and expel them from the strife, or banish them from the land; that is their disgrace in this world, and theirs is a grievous chastisement in the Hereafter.
Hayef bin Sahem bin Abdullah Al-Subaie – a Saudi national – killed / Ayed bin Hammoud bin Sudan Al-Shalawi – a Saudi national – by shooting and beating him, robbing him of his vehicle and his weapon, and robbing several other vehicles, taking the drug amphetamine and disobeying his mother, and thanks to God, the security authorities managed From the arrest of the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in an accusation against him of committing these crimes, and by referring him to the competent court, a document was issued against him stating that he was guilty of what was attributed to him, and the ruling that the death penalty be imposed on him, and that this be by killing him, and the ruling was upheld by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, And a royal order was issued to implement what was legally decided, and he was supported by his reference, by killing him.
The death sentence was executed by the perpetrator / Hayef bin Sahm bin Abdullah Al-Subaie – a Saudi national – on Thursday, 12/18/1444 AH, corresponding to 7/6/2023 CE, in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.
And the Ministry of the Interior, announcing this to confirm the keenness of the Kingdom’s government to establish security, achieve justice, and implement God’s rulings for everyone who transgresses the innocent or spills their blood, and at the same time warns everyone who dares to do so that the Sharia punishment will be his fate.
