“Ministry of Interior Announces Execution of Death Penalty in Jazan Murder Case”

Al-Marsad Newspaper: Today, the Ministry of Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of the death penalty for one of the offenders in Jazan, as follows:

God Almighty said: “The recompense of those who wage war against God and His Messenger, and strive to spread corruption in the land, is only that they be killed, or crucified, or that their hands be cut off.” and expel them from the strife, or they will be exiled from the land; that is their disgrace in this world, and they will have a grievous chastisement in the Hereafter.)).

Khaled bin Hafez bin Ali Siddiq – a Saudi national – killed the child / Aseel bin Asaad bin Muhammad Jaar – a Saudi national – by riding him in his car and making him believe that he would drive him to their home, taking advantage of his relationship with his family, then stopping on an empty land and strangling him with his hand, which led to his death.

By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in him being accused of committing his crime, and by referring him to the competent court, a deed was issued against him proving what was attributed to him, and because what the aforementioned did was on the face of deception and deception and in a way that the victim would be safe with. He was sentenced to death, as an end to the killing of the victim, the victim, and the ruling was supported by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to implement what was decided by law and was supported by his reference.

The death sentence was executed by the perpetrator / Khaled bin Hafez bin Ali Siddiq – a Saudi national – on Sunday 11/8/1444 AH corresponding to 5/28/2023 AD in the Jizan region.

And the Ministry of the Interior, announcing this to confirm the keenness of the Kingdom’s government to establish security, achieve justice, and implement God’s rulings for everyone who transgresses the innocent or spills their blood, and at the same time warns everyone who dares to do so that the Sharia punishment will be his fate.
