The Ministry of Housing, represented by the Urban Communities Authority, has begun the application procedures for the supplementary offer apartments in the distinguished housing project in New Obour.
The prices, payment method and installments are as follows:
Price of new Obour apartments:
The per square meter recorded 8,500 pounds, and it is fixed for all spaces, while the 90-meter apartment recorded 803 thousand pounds, and the 93-meter apartment recorded 825 thousand pounds.
Taking into account the apartment’s area of 90 square metres, 60,000 pounds were paid for the reservation, then the down payment of 20% of the unit price will be completed, as 113,000 pounds will be paid.
There is also a receipt payment of 10% of the unit price, which is equivalent to 80 thousand pounds, so the remaining amount reaches 562 thousand pounds.
The quarterly installment will be 71 thousand pounds if the payment is over 3 years, or 51 thousand pounds if the payment is over 5 years, or 43 thousand pounds if the payment is over 7 years.
