Applications for Ministry of Housing apartments in the Misr, Jannah and Distinguished Housing projects began today, Sunday, in the cities of New Rashid – New Mansoura – Nasser, West Assiut – West Qena – New Mallawi, for immediate reservation through the competent city agency, and application continues until next November 14.
The Ministry of Housing is offering apartments in a number of new cities:
– New Rasheed City: 144 apartments.
– New Mansoura 288 apartments.
– Nasser City, West Assiut, 192 apartments.
– West Qena: 144 apartments.
– New Mallawi: 148 apartments.
The Ministry also determined the value of advances for booking apartments in the new offering and payment systems.
– Distinctive housing apartments, with a reservation deposit of 25 thousand pounds.
– Misr Residence apartments have a reservation amount of 50 thousand pounds.
Jannah Apartments: The reservation deposit is 100 thousand pounds.
