Mexico City.- The Ministry of Health of Mexico City has announced through its official social networks that the first doses and booster doses of the COVID-19 vaccine will be applied to people over 18 years of age at specific points in the city. capital.
The application of the vaccine is important to maintain immunization and prevent the spread of the SARS-COV-2 virus. People can go to the modules without the need for a prior appointment and from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The vaccine to be applied is ABDALA, manufactured by the Center for Engineering and Biotechnology of Havana, Cuba and approved by COFEPRIS in December 2021.
To be vaccinated with the first dose, official identification and a pre-filled file downloadable from mivacuna.salud.gob.mx are required. To receive the booster dose, in addition to identification and file, it is necessary to have received the last dose at least 4 months ago.
