Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, the official spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Population, explained that the hotline services have been strengthened to respond quickly to questions related to the services provided in hospitals . Abdel Ghaffar pointed out that the hotline team includes a doctor, social worker, or psychologist, divided into a basic team and a volunteer team, working 24 hours a day, indicating training on psychological first aid for a group of medical workers.
