What Météo-France predicts
In its bulletin on Friday, Météo France stressed that this was a “not an exceptional but fairly long-lasting heatwave”.
“Maximum temperatures often above 35°C along the Garonne and the Rhône” are planned for this Saturday, with “peaks above 38°C in Languedoc-Roussillon”.
Not to mention temperatures that will drop slightly at night with minimum temperatures “above 20°C around the Mediterranean and in the Rhone Valley” et “peaks at 24/26°C on the coasts”.
