Ministry of Health, details on blocked products
The possible intake of both products can lead to serious health problems. Such as, for example, the onset of food poisoning such as to require hospitalization. The most common symptoms of this condition are stomach pains, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. The mussels are produced in Italy and are exported to Hungary. The tuna fillets, on the other hand, come from Spain and the RASFF still indicates the risk described as “not serious”. But in any case, as the Ministry of Health and the RASFF itself do, at the slightest sign of possible repercussions on the health of consumers, the provision of prohibition of marketing or recall from the shelves of supermarkets and grocery stores is triggered.
